Not a bad place, but.... - They will screw you out of your money. You get what you pay for Everything is outdated. Maintenance usually will just do patch work and nothing is ever really fixed. Very concerned about the mold and foundation cracks in the wall. 2 episodes of leaks from above apartment. Never felt unsafe. Never had any breakins. Parking is an issue
