Fairly nice place to live.

the parking lot floods when it rains (bad).

the noise level was ok for the most part.

When moving out it takes forever to get the deposit check back.

(I moved out 2 months ago and am still waiting on mine!) quite a bit of soliciting also.

hope this helps! the living is ok though.
