I have lived here for five years, and this is the best apartment I have ever lived in! Since the new owners took over 19 months ago, there has undergone an amazing transformation. The outside of the buildings have been repainted a warm color, not that drab, cold gray the other owners used! These folks have put in great lighting! The grounds are very well lit at night! Kim, the office manager, is the most friendly person I have ever dealt with! She does everything in her power to make sure the residents are happy. She always has a smile on her face, and reports maintenance problems immediately. Maintenance is always done the same day. My air conditioner went out, and was replaced with a new unit the very same day! I love it here!

What are the prices of the two bedrooms here? Are they all townhouses? DO you know the square footage?
