The apartments at Pebble Creek are very nice, spacious, and modern. The maintenance is top notch and the admin. staff will work with you for the most part. Six (6) problems come to mind for me as my wife and I prepare to move out into our new house (thank the Lord)! Problem 1: The floors/ceilings are the weakest that I have ever dealt with and Im not exaggerating! Living on the 3rd floor or having a known friend above you is your only desirable option! You can hear everything, absolutely everything that your neighbors are doing above you. Also one of the bedrooms (master') is located along the wall adjacent to the stairwells, creating ungodly noise when traffic uses the stairs. We found the overall noise level of our apartment itself and the complex as a whole unacceptable a lot of times. The noise was the biggest problem and the most day-to-day frustrating experience that we had! Problem 2: Parking near your apartment can be an issue if you have not secured a spot by 8 P.M. Problem 3: Parents in the complex like to pawn their kids off on you so they don?t have to supervise or watch them. I have had to ask kids to quit running along stairwells on the 2nd and 3rd floors, several times! Problem 4: Too expensive; my wife and I pay $815/month for 3 rooms/2 bath 1350 SQ FT / we pay $50 extra for a garage. You will need a garage if you have a nice car, due to a lot kids running around the vehicles and climbing on them at times! Also if you desire a nice parking spot late at night, a garage is needed! For $815 you could afford a $100k house and live in peace, quiet, and by your own rules. Problem 5: I felt that at times when dealing with loud neighbors, some of the Pebble Creek staff were not aware of the amount of noise that an unknowing family above you can create' Problem 6: Due to the Mustang/ Yukon area growing exponentially, other apartments are springing up! I personally believe that Pebble Creek, in order to compete has lowered their standards of who they accept as renters. I?m not judging, just stating my opinion! Last but not least, if you are use to kids, noise, and only plan on being in the area a year or less, Pebble Creek is probably for you (only the 3rd floor though), if not, try buying a house or renting a duplex/house as you will only have to deal with somebody next to you, not above you!
