I do live at P.C. and have never had any problems with any of these issues. The parking may be tight at times but I know this place is always fully occupied so that would make sense. The staff has been nothing but professional. I can say that they are very strict with their policies but that is why it has such a good reputation. They have been recognized and voted in the Mustang community by the residents of Mustang as "The Best Apartment Community" several years in a row.
