Definitely not worth the money

Where to begin..
Parking is horrible. If you get home anytime after 5 pm you will almost always be walking 1 to 2 buildings down and later at night you will be walking across the complex.
Kitchen, bathroom and "built in desk" cabinets are made of the cheap closet organizer white board material.
Apartments boasting new tile have crappy stick down tiles that are not properly installed and bubble, peel and lift. They also scratch so very easily with out any major wear and tear (I have no children and only one cat).
Walls are very thin, can hear neighbors music all the time. Can smell their cigarette smoke through the walls.
The entire management/leasing staff is rude, unknowledgeable and makes mistakes on a constant basis they then make you pay for unless you are smart enough to not rent, or to hire a lawyer.
They list washer and dryer in unit as an amenity, they do not offer this unless you add 10.00 to your rent which isn't an unreasonable fee.
They list some utilities paid/included, they actually charge you a 15.00 fee on top of your apartment rent to cover these "paid" utilities.
They list apartments come with ceiling fans, I was told only third floor apartments come with ceiling fans.
Fire places in select units means only the third floor.
There is a constant problem of people parking in fire lanes. When you contact the office they state they do not enforce this as they know parking is tight, even though they send out notices not to park on the curbs.
The windows in the apartments are large and let in lots of light, but they barely open, requiring the use of force exerted with your entire body to open or close them. Window edging molds.
When I moved in all the cabinets in the bathrooms had dust so thick I had to soak it in cleaner to remove it from the top of them. Mold was growing in this thick dust, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years.
Carpet wasn't even vacuumed after new carpet installation, carpet threads were everywhere.
The garages they offer for parking they rent out for the low price of 50.00 a month, which everyone rents and then stores all their crap in there, making the already horrible parking situation even worse. Of the many garages I have seen open less than half contain vehicles.
The large state of the art workout center is about the size of the living room in the apartments and has very few machines.
The golf course isn't even available to residents with out green fees.
They claim to be best rated community in Mustang for several years in a row. With the service they provide, I highly doubt this claim. Of the few neighbors I know they are unhappy as well and moving out when their leases are up. I knew with in the first month I would not be renewing my lease here and was unhappy with my decision to rent.
I would recommend you look elsewhere for another apartment community with a golf course. They might have better rental rates and more included amenities. *hint hint*
