My husband and I have been residents for almost a year. Any issues have been promptly taken care of including very, very few maintenance problems. The office staff could not be more friendly or professional. When we get home late, we park closer to the golf course. Also, a cop lives on site. We are renewing our lease for another year. (I'm not a staff member or mgmnt.)
