I recently moved into the Greens At Pepple Creek. The office staff are SOO nice and helpful, the apartments are huge for the price you pay! I'm in a 2bedroom 2 Bathroom, both bathrooms are wheel chair accesible so they're big enough for me to sit on the floor next to my son while he takes a beth! Not to mention the closet in the master bedroom is almost the EXACT same size as the bathroom!! HUGE!! Plus if you get a downstairs apt theres a closet underneath the stairs that perfectly fits a computer desk!! So far I love it!

I'll update again once i've been here longer to let everyone know how its going!!

Oh and these apartments are Low Income apartments, which means you can't make over a certain amount of money to live here. I'm not exactly how it works but if ur income is in the 60% range the 2br/2bth is $550 a month and is its in the P range its only $445 a month!! My apartmnet is 980 sq feet!! I love it!!

Do you still rent this apartment? What is your take on The Greens now? I am looking for a place to live in Mustang and the selection is limited. Can you give me some further feedback now that you have been there longer?

i only make 190 dollars a month and my fiance only makes around 260 a month i wonder how much we would have to pay a month on a two bed room at the greens.....
