Nice Complex. The move from a home to an apartment has taken some getting use to. The office staff and maintenance staff are polite, professional and quick to respond to requests and complaints. The parking needs major improvements but the apartments are spacious, and well maintained.

Sounds like the bad reviews must have not followed their policies I do live at P.C. and have never had any problems with any of these issues. The parking may be tight at times but I know this place is always fully occupied so that would make sense. The staff has been nothing but professional. I

happy!!@! I just moved into pebble creek and i love it....the apt is very spacious. The maintenece team always responds at a reasonable time. The mgmt will help in any way they can..I would highly reccommend. Also, they are usually running great move in specials.!@!

Needs more parking! Residents need to be respectful of other residents by picking up after thier pets. Adults and children all need to learn to be quiet going to the upper level apartments---its not necessary to stomp up the stairs as hard and fast as you can!
