Comfortable! - I've lived here for the past year. It's kind of expensive, but I really liked the management here! Everyone's really nice. The apartments are stunning and the kitchen on the 2br is kind of big, so it helps! Closets are spacious. It's right on highway 9, so it's kind of far away from the rest of the town, but because of that it's quiet. There aren't any ...Full review of CrownRidge Apartments

Disappointed - Was familiar with the complex through friends and liked the location (near OU)as well as being inexpensive. The complex seems to have become somewhat rundown and dated. The utilities were very expensive because the doors and windows let in a noticeable breeze. Had some bugs. The guy that cleaned the pool was creepy. He would always stare at me and my sister. He even told her that "it must be ...Full review of Rebecca Lane Apartments

Complete turn-around - I moved here last fall/winter....at that time, the property itself was rather nice, it was mainly certain tenants/tenant guests that were causing all the problems. They were loud, obnoxious, and would crowd the parking lot making it a chore to drive around them since they wouldn't move out of the way. That I blame on the previous management. Since the new management has ...Full review of The Pines

Love it - I have lived here since september 08 and have a hard time understnading some of the reviews on here. Yes on occasion hot water goes low...that occurs even in the houses i have owned. As for pet poo....well, the pet owners dont pick up..that has nothing to do with the management at all. The staff has been courtious to me at all times and seem to have fun in the office. They have hosted fun ...Full review of Savannah Harbor

Okay - My overall opinion is that it's an okay place to live. It's fairly cheap, but that lower price is reflected in the small apartments and older appliances. It's a pretty place on the outside, with a cute theme and a pond that has ducks, fish, and a really big deck that is built out onto the pond. It's fairly quiet and I felt safe there. I like how it feels isolated ...Full review of Port at the Trails

Small, cheap w critters - This was my first apt I moved in when I decided to live alone. I thought it was cute and cheap ($375 w/ a wd) at the time and was enough space. I moved there bc my friend lived there & I felt safer. Everything was cool and the landlord lived on the property. After a few mos, things went sour. I stayed there for a 1 &1/2 yrs. Here's my list: - Maintenance was fast bc the landlord was ...Full review of Woodstock Condominiums

RUN AWAY - I lived there for 2 years and had a ton of problems. The old management was awesome and we had no problems with the apartments at all, but they got new people in the office that are no help at all and they screw you over with your deposit. The maintenance people are great with coming out to fix problems, but you have to ask several times and there comes a point when there are more ...Full review of Alameda Pointe

Horrible Management, Unclean Apartments Moving In - I lived in Campus Lodge Apartments two nonconsecutive years (2006-2007 and then 2008-2009). I enjoyed the living space, and the room size. My first year living there, I had absolutely no problems except for the loud parties and loud cars (but hey, this is a college town). Moving in and moving out was a seamless process. However, after recently moving out this May, I ...Full review of Campus Lodge Apartments

cedars apts. - My son lived here for 6 months. Renters beware!!! The utility bills are pretty high for such a small apt. He had his playstation along with several games stolen while he was at work. He locked his apt. that morning and returned that afternoon to find it missing. Only other people with a key is the maintenance staff. I called the office and left a message about this incident but no one cared to ...Full review of Brookhollow Apartments
