I've lived here about nine months and I really do love it. The closets are HUGE which is a major plus for two girls. If we've ever had a problem, the office has been really great about getting someone out there the next day. I also love that I can park right in front of my front door. I don't personally live in an upstairs apartment, but having a personal set of stairs inside and carpeted is such a nice feature compared to complexes with community cement stairs. I also really like the office staff. Ashley has been helpful with getting me all the receipts my dad needs for my education fund, and notifying me when one of my many packages arrives in the mail. Several of my friends have already moved into Alameda Pointe after recommendations from me, and they really enjoy living there as well.
