I have lived in these apartments for a little less than a year now and have run in to a couple problems. #1 being that the office ladies up and leave whenever they feel like it and have a note on the door stating "Be right back" or "Ran to the Post Office", little unprofessional for my taste. #2 they apartment themselves are just a few years old, however they are so poorly built its ridiculous. The light bulbs go out ever day or two. The plumbing is from hell. And the air conditioners work when they feel like it. Heard that from my neighbors as well. #3 parking is a nightmare. If you come home past 4 pm... might as well park down the road because your not getting one close to your house. and #5 they state when you move in that if you get more than 2 complaints on noise, something will be done immediately HOWEVER, what they don't tell you is if it can't be heard 20 ft from OUTSIDE the apartment nothing can be done. SOOOO... if you enjoy your sleep either find some place else to rent or pray that you get a great neighbor because the apartment complex itself is going to do nothing for you otherwise. And when I say nothing, I mean literally NOTHING, but make you feel like a complete annoyance as a tenant.
