I would like to say that this is a comfortable place to live.

The quality is a bit lacking but every time we've had something break or a complaint the management wrote a report right as were talking to them and it was taken care of the next day.

Now you have to understand that the walls are the standard thickness for a moderate quality apartment and you have beautiful large windows.

You are going to hear some people around you ...

because they are only inches away.

If you can't handle hearing a few bumps and bangs in the night ...

then you need to find a house.

But even though this is an apartment complex I very very rarely hear any kind of party activity going on.

Come visit on a late Friday or Saturday night ...

you will be shocked how quite it is!

My ONLY complaint in this place starts with the following:

The post a few below mine called "just moved in and hate it!!!" is actually the problem children of our building ----.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of the other negative comments were from them as well.

I can tell because they are the only ones that have been making those kinds of complaints here at the time of the post.

Everybody is very friendly here including the staff ...

and nobody seems to be having any serious issues ...

except these problem children.

I call them children because even though they -------------------------- 40's they constantly act like children.

They are also completely antisocial and extremely oversensitive.

I mean these things in the kindest way ...

but they have been a huge chore for some of our neighbors and the management to put up with.

They are constantly abusing their right to call the security service.

They call at least once a week ...

and they have NEVER been verified.

That's simply because nobody is making noise.

They also used to slam on the roof and walls ever time they hear ANYTHING.

They had to be reported on just so they would stop.

Management has done a great job at talking to them and trying to get them under control!
