Been living here for about 1 1/2 months now.

Don't know what the previous review is all about...$620 for a apartment that's only 4 years old is a good price no matter where its located, plus Norman isn't all that big of a city anyway(it only takes 10 minutes to go to the West side where all the shops are located) If you think its too expensive, then look someplace else. But for the quality that you're getting, its a bargain price here.

It's a relatively small community, very quiet area. Previous comments complain about noise...can't understand them at all because I have barely heard ANYONE from apartments surrounding us (besides the occasional flow of shower water or something). Besides, its inevitable that you're going to hear you neighbors at some point! Short of being sound-proof walls, that's just a fact of living in any apartment building.

Management is nice, friendly, willing to help but also not superhuman (as in be realistic about your requests, and patience is a wonderful virtue). If you're thorough and keep reminding them KINDLY, they will help you out. We've had minor problems in the apartment such as our faucet head for the sink broke off...but the maintenance guy fixed it the next day no problems at all.

My only complaint is that for awhile (like 2-4 weeks), the pool was very green, at some point it was so bad that it had to be closed because it was a nasty color green. That has since gotten better, but it is something to note here. Other than that, there's really nothing to complain about.

All-in-all an excellent quiet place to live so far.

how have you not heard noise? i can hear my neighbors having sex, their babies crying, and even when someone walks by with a dog outside the door. the walls are not even close to sound proof. it's like living in a glass house, but not as nice.
