the only good things about this complex are that it is relatively safe/family-friendly, only a few years old, and completely non-smoking.
otherwise, they are shoddily built (the floors in my upstairs apt are inclined, for example), and poorly maintained.
the building materials are CHEAP.
they will not withstand the test of time, and in a few more years this place will not be looking so pretty.
the door to the apt next to me still has tape from a re-paint, that has been painted over.
it looks awful.
there is a constant and unaddressed ant problem.
the pool has been green for the past week.
it was green for two weeks last summer before they did anything about it.
they never have the same office workers for very long, and they are very unhelpful.
i notified the office when the pool started turning green and the girl in the office said "oh.
that's weird."
i have lived here for a year and a half now and i have had a BAD overall experience.
