we have lived here for 6 months and are moving. Their so called sand volleyball court is a few grains of sand on concrete, and their tanning bed never works and I swear its the 1st tanning bed ever made. Our neighbors are not so good either. Maintenance has been great though, they are very prompt. The only other thing is that the office staff and mgmt. changes with the weather. Everyday someone new is working here.
