apple creek used to be great then they sold to a lower class owner, i didnt feel safe here, and my neighbors were so nasty. the ladies in the office are lost.

I agree. I have lived here for 11 months and the first 6 months were great. In the past 5 months, there has been a definite decline in tenant character. It seems as though the staff doesn't even screen their potential tenant. For example, the apartment across from me has had 2 evictions in 4 months. I constantly have people knocking on my door, asking to borrow my phone. My lease is up next month, and I am out of here.

Apple Creek Apartments are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. The staff is ridiculous. I can't wait to be out.
