Spent 24 months at Apple Creek was satisfied overall. I moved out because I had a good opportunity to buy a house.

Pros: Maintenance usually came within 48 hours of call. Office staff knew my name and signed for packages when I was out. Grounds were generally clean and well-kept. Close to movie theater, grocery stores, and numerous restaurants. Quick access to I-35. Quiet neighborhood. Felt safe, but kept my doors locked. Nice pool area.

Cons: Traffic noise from I-35 (but only if you face east). Rent kept increasing by about $15 a year. Occasional stray & dumped animals; some pet waste was left on the grass (this was the residents' fault, not the managers'). Occasional small crimes; my car window was broken out once but nothing was stolen.
