This place is a dump. This place is for people who could never possibly pass a credit check in their life. Since half the people here are unemployed, and have over twelve children, there are always people to make your life terrible. One guy who couldn't pay his electric bill asked me to string a cord from my balcony (which is about to fall in) to his home, most likely so he could continue playing his base as loud as possible. Thankfully, we are escaping this zoo. As far as the buildings themselves go, the roofs leak, our building has no gutters, ants invade every summer, and the wood is crumbling. At one point our air conditioner broke during the summer, leaving us stuck in the summer heat. We attempted to get service, but since new management has taken over, we were unable to get any for several days, and had to purchase fans, and a window unit. The landscaping outside our complex is primarily dog ----, and dirt, since they had to dig up waterlines. In the pictures, you will notice, this place has been painted the most vile color you could paint a apartment complex. The carpeting has cigarrette burns. The paint they have done, actually needs to be repainted. If you happen to operate a vehicle, you might want to get it away from the area being panted, unless you want your car windows panted,too. Overall this ---- is completely wack. If you're to ------- lazy to walk about 100ft to the dumpster outside your door, then you'll fit right in with these people.

If you have bad credit, no jobs, and twelve children, all from different fathers, then come on down to Apple Creek. They'll be waiting!

interesting, while i know this is supposed to be anonymous, i know exactly who you are! i actually lived next door to the person who wrote this review! and all i can say is you are a very sad person! first of all if we are going to talk about people with excessive numbers of children having 3 children in a 750 square foot apartment with only two bedrooms was your perrogatiove and you have absolutely no room to talk! As far as the lunatic without electric goes, i know everyone who lives in that building and i think you seem to have lost your mind! nobody living around you would have ever asked you that, nor do they play loud music! as far as your maintenance issues are concerned, i have never had any issues with maintenance, this may be because i actually report any issues that i have, which you probably dont because of your own oversized pet that was unauthorized! i wont argue about the parking situation though, there was someone who had a broken down GMC Jimmy that refused to move it out from in front of my front door... oh wait that was you!!
