My parents reside at apple creek apartments and an incident occured where I could not locate my father with alzheimers. I had called the office at Apple Creek and the office staff did not hesitate to go out and look for him throughout the entire property and then checked the apartment for him as I was not in town. We did end up finding him. I was so thankful at the quick reaction from the staff to do anything to help me out. Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
