I lived there for 3 years...

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
In the beginning it was nice. The residents were nice and they didn't just lease to 'anyone. In the 3 years I was there they changed ownership at least 4 times and had at least 20 different managers. About the last year they started renting to anybody and everybody...the place has fallen apart. I give it a NO - unless you are desperate for a spot - they do lure you in with great move in specials.
