I lived here for two years, only left because I moved out of town. They are more expensive than most in town, but it's so worth the extra cost. Maintainence was great, they usually attended to problems within a day or two. They landscape very well, so you come home from work and it feels relaxing to sit outside. I miss swimming and grilling out in the summer, and I miss sitting on the porch. I paid around $670 for a two bedroom, but the higher cost keeps out messy and obnoxious people. The only complaint I would have would be some of the people, since there's a few trust-fund students who live here and are loud and leave their trash at the pool, but most people keep to themselves and leave you alone. I lived in 3 other places in Norman over 6 years, and this was by far the best place. And guess what' I got my entire deposit back, every penny. Management is great.
