The maintenance after move-in walkthrough was stellar... I have had no issues with anything in the apartment, it's clean, nice, well-maintained (remodeled in the past few years') and the tenants are not a problem.

The price isn't problematic, I did an exhaustive search and couldn't find a nicer place for less. (Norman is a college town so there is ALWAYS a demand, and price follows demand. Avalon seems to be looking for stable tenants so they offer OU employees a discount, which is great, as I work at OU.)

Management is very friendly, and the grounds are quite nice.

A good, comfortable place to live, and the first real experience on my own for apartment life. (had a roomie in a "dump" down the street that was about $100/mo more, and the place was 25% of the quality of the Avalon apartments.

Safe, secure, quiet, and a nice one-mile walk from here to my work. What more could I ask'
