My husband and I have been living at Avalon for 2 years now. We haven't had any major problems. We live on 1st floor, so there was a period of time when we had noisy neighbors upstairs--but that's normal, and you'll get that at any apartment.
It's really clean and the maintenance keeps it pretty nice most of the time. They do need to mow the lawn better and more often, but other than that, I don't have anything to complain about. I highly recommend it above others.
Also, we get 10% off our rent because my husband works for OU. That's a good deal, too.
