Avalon is a great apartment, even though the price is a little steep. You're going to pay a 10% premium for having great management, efficient maintenance, updated appliances, and a clean, homey property (as compared to other 1 bed/1 bath apts with a washer/dryer in the area). Other than the price, the one other bed thing is the size of the living area: it is a little small, but no smaller than comparable apartments. I really have no complaints, and I really enjoy living there. As for the 2 bed/2 bath, the price is very affordable. I have lived in both size apartments, and I really enjoyed everything about it.
