HUGE roaches and dark parking lot

These apartments are awful . Yes they are close to school....that is the only positive I will say. There is trash everywhere, the staff is rude and the entire property is dark. There were huge tree roaches about two inches long that would get into my apartment. It scared me to death! I also had a friend see someone in the dark parking lot holding a knife hiding against a wall and the front office seemed uninterested. Stay away. Pay a little more and go elsewhere
