The apartment complex is pretty nice. Office staff is excellent and very helpful. They are more than happy to work with you if you are going to be a few days late on rent, no harrassing you, no hassle. The maintenance crew is great, and parking is alright I guess, there are enough spots for everyone, but the other residents are very inconsiderate as it is door ding central over here. The kids around arent really bad, but, they are very, very LOUD! Try to get an upstairs apartment if you do not have kids, that the up-stairs neighbors kids don't wack you up with an earth shattering thump at 3:37 A.M.
