I have lived at Brandywine for several Years now, I have watched Managers Come and go.The last Manager Donna did not care who she let in to Brandywine and I at one point was considering moving, it was quiet an ebarassment when I had company and gangs of all ethnics were congragating on our parking lot. I have seen such a tremedous change since the New Manger came in at the end of October 08, you see her walkimg and driving the lot every morning and every evening, she gets out walks the property pickus up trash, visits with the Tenants to see how everything is working in there Apartment. For a while we had nothing but junk vehicles that were torn down out dated tags and broken windows with Tape to hold them, she made everybody tow or fix them.
It just goes to show she carer about Curb Appeal and makimg the Property look attractive. It is now a peaceful quiet enjoyable place to live
