Pretty good place at a pretty good price

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
I have lived here around 7 months and have so far enjoyed my time here. The apartments aren't the most up to date but considering the price and what the features (like a W/D included), it's a deal. The floors/ceilings squeak but neighbors are pretty quiet. The manager and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful.
