Brentwood Pointe is located close to campus, right next to Yorkshire Apartments and behind a liquor shop and a 7-11 that rents movies. In other words, it's nice for college students. They also allow pets, with an additional monthly charge, and the office for Elite Properties is located at this complex, so paying rent is easy--normally just a quick walk. However, they are very strict about paying on time--no grace period. They also have a volleyball court, and a swimming pool.

The kitchen doesn't have as much cabinet space as you might like, but they provide a stove, dishwasher, and refridgerator which are all in decent condition. There are a few cracks in the drywall of our apartment, but they do a good job of keeping everything painted and looking nice on the inside and out.

Not bad. Not bad at all.
