This place is okay if you are a college student. Otherwise, do not live there.
It is more expensive then other comparitive apartments and the floorplan for a 1 bedroom is goofy. I have a huge, but not nice bathroom, so don't get too excited about the square footage because it is all in the bathroom.

The maintenance staff was friendly and, but my stuff was never fixed correctly.

This place is old, management fixed it up and it is nicer but you can tell it still needs fixing up.

Oh and there is no cabinet space in the bathrooms, the laundry is outrageously priced and the pool is crappy.

There is no hot tub, fitness center etc and yet you pay as here as you would at other Norman apts.

There is a nice storage area, it was really handy so that is a plus if you have some excess stuff.

Only live here if you just are dying to be close to campus (nice location) and the Lloyd Noble Center. Otherwise, the deal is horrible! Don't be fooled by their square footage!!!
