This place ranks very poor compared to other options in Norman. I got stuck living there my last semester at OU because it was the only 1 bedroom short term lease I could find. In the end they screwed up my lease and I had to pay a break fee anyway. Also beware of the septic system as it tends to back up and you may end up with sewage in your apartment like me. Not fun.
