I actually moved in here with some friends at mid-semester as a transfer student(management never actually knew that i moved in after a friend moved out). My friends lived there and one had to move out unexpectedly, so i moved in and took their place. I shared the master bedroom with one person and we all shared the bathroom. It sounds like a crappy deal but we had a great time there(tho the place sucked). The apartment itself was awful, but im not sure what it looked like b4 my friends moved into it. The appliances were all old and we eventually became great friends with the maintenance guy because we saw him so often. There were many times we had to use the circuit breakers to turn something back on. The staff was absolutely rediculous...worst by far (rude, not helpful, slow, ignorant, money hungry, etc). The grounds were okay i guess. Not something pleasing to the eye though. I heard they recently fixed the parking situation and added more spaces...so that might be better. The location was about the only great thing this place had going for it. The laundry mat was nothing special and you have to get there at the right times so that you can get the 50 cent washers and not get stuck with the 75 cent ones (why theyre different prices, we never figured out). They have a volleyball court that is used frequently. I believe they are also adding a pond in between the complex and the sonic and carwash; maybe that will improve the looks a bit. We each paid about $180 in rent and us two girls shared that master bedroom quite nicely (one twin bed, one full bed, plus two desks). They did give us the runaround at the end tho...kept our deposit, demanded more money, charged us for storage that we never knew we had, etc. Dont let them push you around...even though they will.
