I lived right above the pool, which is in the back corner. It is an older complex, but they have been updated. The good thing was, with the older complex updated, you get a larger space for a better price. The newer complexes are so small and very high priced. That space and price was a huge hit for me. Sometimes the parking was hard but they re-did the parking lot and put in more spaces. While I was there, they re-did all the windows and patio doors, along with putting new lighting on the property. It made my energy bills less and I never felt scared walking around the property, ever. I got to know the people in my breezeway and around my area of the complex. Everyone seemed very nice and cool. Brentwood is close to campus and on the cart stop so it was always easy to get around. The management staff was always friendly and answered any questions I had. Maintenance was normally out that day or within a 24 hour period. That's always a plus! I really liked living there.
