I've been living here for about 6 months in a two bedroom. Overall I'm quite happy with the place...considering the price. It was one of the largest we looked at, and there were no others at this price for this size. It also had the largest kitchen we saw, although there are other apartments with much bigger and newer kitchens, but those places cost over $700, which was out of our price range. The kitchen floor was pretty beat up though. The oven is a little old though, and can be a pain to cook with sometimes. I've had a few things that needed repaired shortly after moving in and a few other problems over the past few months, but they've always come to check it out either the day I report it or the next morning, and if they have the parts they'll fix it right away, which is really great. There are 5 or 6 six apartment complexes owned of the management group, but their office is at this complex, which makes life much easier. Overall it's fairly quiet, although on some days I do hear my neighbors playing music but I haven't had much of a problem. One nice thing about this complex is that they have security cameras facing the parking lots, and each apartment has an alarm system that is monitored by the alarm company, this is included in the price so there is no extra fee involved. The place is only about 2 miles from campus, and the bus will stop at this complex which is great!
Overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great, roomy place at a good price. but it you want more luxurious living conditions you'll have to look elsewhere and pay the price. This place was much better than our previous apartment. The office staff is usually polite, attentive, and always good to work with, with the exception of one girl who works there that always seems to be annoyed to have someone there and acts as if you're wasting her time, but luckily I've only had to deal with her a few times, although they really should fire her. I almost went someplace else because she was the one I first spoke with, but I'm glad I gave the place a chance.
