So i have lived here for almost a year...almost. At first I thought it was a great place, but i was desperate when i moved in here, as i had just become a single mom and needed a place to live. Then the nightmare started. At one point I was assulated in the front yard of the complex by a couple who were fighting ( didn't even know them) , then at another time, while doin my laundry in the horrible laundry facility a guy who was angry about the dryers decided he was going to threaten to rape me, real nice. then a few weeks ago I went to get my laundry out of the dryers and there was a man there sniffing my underwear! Not really safe, I wonder if they even do background checks. On top of that, I am constantly stepping in dog feces, and I have had to call maintence several times to fix backed up pipes that came from my neighbors! thats right, at one point a couple of weeks ago, their bathtub was backing up into mine! Then last week, I had to call emergency maintence at 9:00 pm because I was smelling this horrible smoke smell in my bathroom (and not from the weed my next door neighbors were smoking either) but this had a chemical smell, at first i thought it might be from a BBQ then me and my son started getting sick, our stomachs were hurting, we were dizzy, our heads hurt and just not well at all. They maintence guy shows up and says oh its probably nothing, and leaves, good thing we weren't dying. We never did find out what it was. Now, I am moving out, because I just refuse to live here anymore. I am even breaking my lease in order to move out. The apartments arent worth the price you pay here, and its obviously not safe, its an ok location if you don't mind noise, drugs and parties. As i said, when my neighbors are smoking weed, i can smell it in my apartment. I don't suggest this place at all, not if you want to be happy and safe

Some of these issues sound like you should've called the Police and did you actually call Management and let them know? It seems like you're complaining but not really doing anything about it.

Sounds like whoever is responding to these post actually work at these apts. I have been there and yes this place in its entirety is disgusting. The grounds are filthy with dog feces, the management is garbage, they have an excuse for everything, its always " you should have done this" or "Sir your overreacting".... Really? I would like to see some of those " office" Workers copme live in a apt with roaches and smells or all sorts sticking in their clothes and furniture, I literally had to throw all of my belongings away because of bed bugs and roaches. Never had this problem before I moved here, Fu#k this place. If you stsill decide to move in here then you deserve everything that is going to happen to you!
