Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
a woman was stabed outside our bedroom window. our nabors watched and despite having worked fore the apt. thay dident bother to call the police. our dumpster was set on fire. decptive about the quality of the apts showing us one then after signing the leace giveing us the keys to a more run down apt. grate maintenance service.
