Not bad if you want a reasonable deal.

I have lived in Brookhollow for a little over 2 years now, and I am only moving because I am going to law school in Louisiana.
My overall experience was pretty good. Management changes a lot, so be ready for transition. Maintenance was usually pretty responsive. Wasp nests can be a problem on rear and front porches in the spring/summer.
Also, if you live on a second floor, vaulted ceiling apt., your electric bill will be high in the winter and summer. Try $110 (and that's keeping it at 79 in the daytime, with no dishwasher use.)
Also, the buildings are a bit old, so expect the occassional problems. However, maintenance will be on it as soon as possible.
Overall, reasonably priced for college kids. East side of Norman could be better, i.e. car break-ins are possible, but that's life. I would recommend it.
