Great while I was there; Bad now

Everything was great while I was there. The apartment was huge, fireplace, storage, etc., and the people were really nice. Now, I have been dealing with them with the moving details and so forth, and I guess the management has changed, but the people I talked to were just plain rude. Too bad.
