I live in Brookhollow Apartments right now. I have never dealt with such a ridiculous staff. They are constantly on a power trip, always leaving notices that we are violating our lease by parking my fiance's motorcycle on our porch, and yet THEY are the ones that allowed a man with a warrent out for grand theft auto to live in the apartments and come after the bike on several occaisions. The cops dusted his bike for fingerprints to catch the criminal! The noise is ridiculous, there is shotty pluming, we don't even ask for help anymore, we just fix it ourselves. They have no concept of treating their tenents like people, they penalize you 25 dollars every day that your rent is late, and they are rude about the UPS guy leaving your packages with them. (My mother pays my rent by check through the mail and it was a day late ONCE!) The parking lot is a horrific scene and there are people "bumping" in their cars at all hours of the night. I cannot wait till my lease is up. I will never rent from this place again! Staff is unbearable to deal with!!!!!!!!
