My son lived here for 6 months. Renters beware!!! The utility bills are pretty high for such a small apt. He had his playstation along with several games stolen while he was at work. He locked his apt. that morning and returned that afternoon to find it missing. Only other people with a key is the maintenance staff. I called the office and left a message about this incident but no one cared to call back. When he moved out I personally came and cleaned the apt since I am a professionl cleaner. They still charged us for cleaning, so it doesn't matter if you clean or not, they still want more money. And they want a certified check, so personal checks not accepted. SO EVERYONE BEWARE AND DON'T COME HERE.

I have lived at cedars for six years, and am aware of who your son is. There were kids going in and out of his house at all hours day and night (probably had a key), and it wouldn't surprise me if they were responsible for stealing his playstation, and I know that your son was made to move, because everybody complained about the noise and tons of people all the time. I have never had any problems with the maintenance, and every office member that has worked there has been helpful and courteous. We are a better community now that we don't have lots of delinquents around with no jobs and nothing to do.

My brother and I have lived at cedars for over a year and this lady that wrote a response for her son sounds like she is trying to make her son look like "poor little boy". Why is he not writting the negative review. If any of this is true I would be shocked. The maintenance guys have been in an out of our apartment many times and we have never missed anything. We have laptops, a play station, games and sometimes money laying around our apartment.The Office ladies have gone out of their way to be helpfull and are always pleasant when we call in a work order or pay our rent. We recently moved to a larger apartment and the Office ladies did everthing thay could to save us money. I would recommend cedars as a great place to live.
