I have lived here for over two years. It was great at first, but then people moved in and out of the apartment around. This place attracts the bottom of the barrell for people. The same works for them as maintence. They are creepy and I hesitate to leave my apartment in fear of them coming in for no reason. I was sitting on the couch one day and the door tried to open. I was not scheduled for a maintence of a bug spray. Luckily the chain was on.

The roofs are horrible. I have had so many things ruined by the leaks and managment just says tough. I think the management is nice and I have only had problems with my roof so I cannot complain about maintence. The outside was supposed to be fixed when I first moved in and it still looks like crap. A family of cats is living in the siding and the breeze way stairs are cracking looking very dangerous.

This is great for the price, but after you renew a few times the price does not save you anything. Another place may be smaller and a little more pricey but the feeling of being safe and secure will be worth it.
