Kind of a scruffy and scroungy apartment complex. Poorly built, poorly maintained. Noisy, too. Poor ingress and egress. Dog poop on the carpet when I meved in! Management said it couldn't be true because the last renter didn't have a pet registered. Umm, excuse me I can recognize the dog poop on the carpet when I see it. I asked if they could clean the carpet, and their response was it was already clean. When you search on a search engine, you'll see the high dollar amount that changed hands when Royal Orleans was sold and became Brooks Apartments. So you know they're making monoy with the property. But they don't take care of it or maintain it.
