The major issue is the management of the property. Since moving here, we have seen about 5 property managers come and go. This, I feel, is because the place is such a mess (administratively speaking)that the new property manager has no clue where to begin. The problems, I blame on the corporate office .... and by problems I major mismanagement and severely poor bookkeeping. Please don't move here, but if you do, be prepared to keep all receipts and other documentation. I agree about the drugs being abundant and the property attracting not the best ... or even socially adept clientele. Maintenance is unheard of - you're better off filling a complaint with the city than a work order for the repair. And no, you don't have any feeling of safety here at night.
