We've been at Cedarlake Apts for almost 3 years (2000-2003). Overall, I'd give the place a "B" rating. The positives: the surounding is nice (though the complex is starting to show its age) with a pond and pool area. The apartment itself is decent (space wise and overall appeal). We did enjoy the first two years of staying here. The negatives: moved into an unit that did not have carpeting replaced or cleaned. After 3 years, mgtment still will not help cover cleaning costs. The place is starting to leak (during heavy rains) and may need some remodeling & the water heater blew out twice (once during the first year, flooding the 2nd floor & once during the 2nd year). Maintence staff was very efficient during the first 2 years of stay, but has since been a bit more unpredictable. Recent residents have been pretty loud during weekend nights (partying etc.)
