I lived here for about 6 months in the studio size apartment, and while the apartment itself is ok for 1 person with not very much stuff, the neighborhood is pretty rough and the low rent rates attract some of the skeezier people in the area. I transferred my lease to the management company's other property, Brookhollow, and was very pleased with that one. My friends lived in a 2 bedroom at the Cedars in 2002, and their next door neighbor stabbed his girlfriend outside their window...stuff like that was constantly happening.
