After having lived there for 9 months, here's a short list of everything that happend:

-Neighbour who had lived there longer than I pointed out a couple meth labs.
-Cops were there constantly.
-Regardless of the cops, my friend's car still gets broken into and $800 worth of stuff stolen from him. His tools were used to break into my neighbour's car and it's obvious the robbers tried stealing both cars like the dodge neon they had stolen earlier in the night. My friend's were number 13 and 14 of the thefts that had happend THAT night.
-Clubhouse never open for use
-The wiring in the apartment is old. Which meant that if I wanted a hot shower, I had to go down the street to my friend's place because I was without hot water for a month.
-The porch they promised me...was a little 2ft by 4ft slab of concrete that got flooded when it rained because the draining system didn't work.
-The blinds they told me they wouldn't charge me for... they charged me for it.
-The black and brown mold growing in the bathroom caused health problems.

Finally, getting my move out statement today...there's $70 worth of unexplained charges. There goes my deposit and I'm going to have to dish out an extra $53. It would've been nice to know that they were charging me $5 a day after I'd moved out and I love how NOBODY told me anything about it even though I'd called at least once a week trying to get a hold of my deposit back and in the meantime they're charging me MORE money.

Also... they were charging me $319 a month plus bills. Wanna know how much the guys upstairs were being charged for the same apartment PLUS an actual balcony PLUS extra storage space' $249. Thank you Cedars for screwing me over once again.
