I originally called the new management about moving apartment from an efficiency to a 2 bed room. I need to have more space to support my lifestyle and cannot wait till my lease expires. What can you guys do to accommodate my situation' Whats the reason why I can t upgrade my Apt. to a larger one at a higher rate' I have lived there since 6-11-08.

Another thing is that the new management mishandled one of my money orders, which caused me more frustration because I had to retrieve a form from Money Grams website to do a trace on the missing funds for two weeks, which is costing me money and time.

I was supposed to get free installation on Cox services and did not. Instead I was charged over $30.00 for installations. For two weeks I ve been getting the runaround from EXXXXXXX as to why they can t get a hold of the Cox representative and so on for the Cedars, she says that she is unable to get a hold of the Cox rep and stated that it would be better if I called. Why does she not want to do her job'

This has to be the worst renting experience I ve ever had, mostly to blame the new management for SXXXXXXXX was great! You should get her back and get rid of the new hires because they are going to cause you to lose money in the long run.

I hope you are able to provide a solution to the problem of me moving to an available 2 bedroom apt. within your property.

My lease is to expire on the 30th of November, so I only occupy my apartment about once a week for upkeep. At approx. 1:30pm on 11/19/08 I went to do some cleaning in my apartment before the holidays and to my surprise my apartment had been visited by a member of maintenance (manager told me later). All of my cabinets and fridge were open, with ice trays hanging between the fridge and freezer. I soon made my way to the bathroom and lifted the stool, to use it and found a surprise Yes a surprise, a member of maintenance used my bathroom left feces in my toilet, didn t flush and for some odd reason turned the water off to the toilet (I had to turn back on to flush). I don t know what he or she was thinking when they did this, but it is unacceptable and should be addressed to prevent other residents from experiencing, such disrespect and distaste.

When I called the office and told the manager, she basically called me a liar and said they didn t do it . How would she know this' Was she there' Did she ask them before I reported (physic)' She was very defensive and protecting of her maintenance people, even though she was ill-informed and didn t want to hear what I had to say, regarding this matter. I feel that the lack in proper management will result in future customer loss.

Another thing is they entered my apartment without notice. She claimed for emergency heater maintenance. What constitutes an emergency' I asked if this documented and If so, please send me a copy of the document stating, the landlord can enter a tenants property, without notice for heater maintenance. Still waiting on a response.
