Yeah I lived at CR for a year and it was very sub-par. I came to this site for the sole purpose of rating the complex so others don't make the same mistake.

Ok, so you can see the type of grammar and intellect the self-reviewing management has in the positive comments on this page. Yes, the same person with the same flimsy grasp of the English language writing these comments from behind his/her desk in the leasing office at chapel ridge.

The management is very much the typical smiling "hide-the-damage-and-charge-the-next-resident-for-it" types who really make you feel abused as a customer. If your choices are to live here or on the streets, find a cool spot in the shade and set up camp.
