I have lived here for a year. I really have very few complaints. Maintance is usually timely and things are fixed correctly the first time. There is only one full time maintance man and so for minor problems it may take a day or two to get things fixed. I have only had to ask about when a repair will get done a few times. The grounds are kept nice and it is a wonderful place for children to play. There has been a problem with animal waste and management sent a note around encouraging us to spy on our neighbors and if they didn't clean up after their pet you would recieve a gift certificate. This seemed a little strange. If you don't like children this is not the complex for you. There are a lot of children out playing but management tries to keep them in by 10 everynight. The only other complaint I have had is that our apartment smells strongly of cigarette smoke. (We do not smoke). Maintance has been on top of it and has tried a couple of different things to help.
